Her journey began with classical violin training, but her path has since evolved, alchemizing her musical talents into a profound exploration of the frequencies of sound, color, light, and energy.

Amanda's unique approach integrates her musicianship with her extensive yoga practice, creating a holistic experience that resonates on both a physical and energetic level. Her yoga journey led her to India, where she studied under masters in the Krishnamacharya lineage, deepening her understanding of the connection between movement, breath, sound, and energy.

Beyond her musical and yogic endeavors, Amanda is also a black belt Nia dancer, integrating the inner symphony with the joy of movement. Immersed in mindfulness and meditation, Amanda is a Certified Meditation Teacher and Teacher of Presence through Eckhart Tolle's School of Presence, bringing profound awareness and stillness to her teachings. She also loves painting and working with crystals, minerals, aromatherapy, and intentional water alchemy, using these natural elements in her sessions to align and harmonize the body's energy with the earth and cosmos. Amanda's practices help her clients connect to their true soul nature, empowering them to resonate harmoniously with their celestial blueprint and star seed essence.

As an international yoga therapist, teacher of teachers, Reiki Master, and sound therapist, Amanda weaves together modalities using sound, mudras, somatic movement, meditation, and energetic essentials as transformative tools in her teaching and therapeutic practices. Now, as she returns to her practice as an Acutonics practitioner, Amanda brings with her a rich tapestry of experiences, from the rhythms of Africa to the sacred chants of India.
